Fully recycled paper for the first time in public sector

The treasury has entered a framework agreement for the purchase, for the first time, of one hundred per cent recycled paper, and has achieved 3 per cent in savings compared to the price obtained in previous competitions for recycled paper, it was announced on Monday.
According to the announcement, treasury held a competition for the purchase of photocopier paper, giving an advantage to duly certified recycled paper producers

This practice if followed in the framework of the policy of the treasury of the Republic for the purchase of products that are friendlier towards the environment and public health, thus promoting the policy of the government for green public contracts.
The paper is certified by international organisations with the EU Eco-Label, Blue Angel, and Cradle to Cradle certifications.
