Raising children to raise awareness

Here’s hoping the weather is sunny today, as the Coop Kids Festival invites all to the University of Cyprus where there is much fun to be had – and all for a good cause.

From 10am until 4pm the university will be transformed from a place of academic stature to a place where children will fill the sky with lots of colours as they fly their kites. They will fill the university with laughter as they play games and get involved in lots of creative workshops and theatrical games. As always, when the name of the game is fun with kids, there will be music and lots of dancing and skipping.

The Coop Kids Festival is part of events to raise funds for this year’s Radiomarathon campaign to help children with special needs.

Entrance for children is €5 while adults get in for free.
