Thank a certain female minister for Greek-only instructions

Until, perhaps, 15-20 years ago, instructions on packages were mostly in English only, of little use for much of the Cypriot population.   A female minister, I think, campaigned for a change and, being a dedicated Hellenist, insisted they be in Greek only. I think she was also responsible for the F not PH in the spelling of Paphos and many other place names. The UN section advising on place names had long previously, stated that established names should be left, as they were and not adhere to the protocol they now recommended.
