Three burglaries reported in Tala in one night

Police are investigating after three homes were burgled late on Monday in Tala, Paphos.

The owners of the residences who returned to their houses between 10pm and 11.30pm found that unknown perpetrators had entered their homes by breaking the entrances with a sharp object.

A total of GBP 6,000, €1,500 and jewellery and other valuables of as yet unknown value were taken in total.

Two of the houses belong to British persons who are permanent residents of Cyprus and the third to Georgian nationals.

Various items were seized by police to help identify the thieves.
