Anastasiades sends condolences to Cuba after deadly plane crash

President Nicos Anastasiades has sent a message of condolences to the President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, after the deadly plane crash in Cuba that killed over 100 people.

“It is with deep sorrow that I have been informed of the loss of so many lives in the terrible plane crash near Havana. On behalf of the government and the people of the Republic of Cyprus, I would like to extend my profound sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and sincere wishes for the speedy recovery of the passengers who were injured,” Anastasiades said in his message.
