Avocado on wholemeal toast

Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
It changes all the time. At the moment I am a day person. Perfect day, when not working: relaxing with friends and family

Best book ever read?
The Inner Game of Tennis by Timothy Gallwey – I liked it as it is relevant to my performing life

Favourite film of all time and why?
I am more of a series kind of person – favourite series – Homeland

Favourite holiday destination? What’s your dream trip?
Jamaica – delicious food, amazing scenery, lovely people. Dream trip: Bora Bora

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Ed Sheeran

What is always in your fridge?
Greek yogurt and feta cheese

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
Rural retreat – somewhere on a Greek island that nobody could find. Why? For total relaxation

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Mozart – I hear he was a great laugh!

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Make sure I was with my loved ones and eat anything I wanted

Not living life to the full
