Guaba turns 13

It is summer and that means that there is always something going on at the Guaba beach bar in Limassol, but this Sunday that something is a little different and a little more special. The bar will celebrate its thirteenth birthday and invites everyone to join in the celebrations with DJs Yves V and Mark Villa.

As always, the beats will start pounding at noon. Resident DJs Danny N and BLZN will get things started with a warm up until 5pm when Villa will take to the stage. Villa is a 17-year-old Dutch DJ and producer. He is exclusively signed to Mixmash Records and has performed at Tomorrowland, Parookaville and worked with Laidback Luke, Jonas Blue, Alan Walker just to name a few.

The DJ entered the scene with a bang playing sets at Tomorrowland and Parookaville in 2016 while releasing his debut track Venture at the same time. He is young, fresh and exciting, three factors that make him a DJ to watch and keep on listening to.

Yves V is no strange to our shores nor to Guaba. The Belgian DJ and Tomorrowland resident is currently among the biggest DJs on the planet. His sets have illuminated the main stage of iconic events that also include Sensation, David Guetta in Concert and Mysteryland, while triumphantly winning over the dance-floors at some of the scene’s most iconic clubs.

His tracks have made a difference to the DJing world (for example his record CloudBreaker which reached number 25 on the Flemish Ultratop 50 and number 29 in the Dutch Single Top 100). He is also among the highest climbers in the industry, as he managed to climb an impressive 21 places to number 34 in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll.
