Officers injured after man harasses passers-by

Police arrested a 35-year-old man in Limassol on Sunday evening after he harassed drivers and pedestrians, injured police officers and resisted arrest.

Officers who were informed that the man was bothering people went to the scene and tried to detain him.

The suspect resisted and injured thee police officers who were taken to Limassol general hospital. One of them was diagnosed with a fractured nose and skull and was detained for treatment. The other two sustained slight injuries and were released.

The attacker was arrested.
