Pocket theatre brings stage show to villages

Limassol-based Pocket Theatre continues taking its latest show beyond the big theatres of town to some of the outlying villages of the area, to present The Mystery of Hamelin Town.

The theatrical performance promises audience members will travel in time and invites them to “save the child they betrayed growing up”.

A theatre within a theatre, the viewer will be given the power to choose the ending of the story while at the same time they will be given the opportunity to reflect and re-think their own story. The play is suitable for all ages.

The screenplay is by Thomas Moschopoulos and the performances will be directed by Marios Theocharous. The production is supported by the ministry of education and culture.

Saturday October 27 at 7pm in the lecture hall of Frenaros, Sunday October 28 at 7pm in the municipal theatre of Sotira, Saturday, November 3 at 7pm in the primary school of Trimiklini, Sunday November 4 at 7pm in the primary school of Kantou, Saturday, November 10 at 5pm in the amphitheater of the Apostolos Loukas high school, Kolossi.
