Four Eintracht fans fined for flares and narcotics

Four men were arrested and taken to court and fined for bringing flares and narcotics to the Eintracht Frankfurt – Apollon game on Thursday, police said on Friday.

According to authorities, the men – 20, 25, 26, and 27 all fans of Eintracht – were stopped for check upon entering the stadium, and police found flares and 0.1 g of cocaine on the 26-year-old.

The men were arrested and taken to Nicosia District Court on Friday, where they were charged and issued a fine of €400 for the flares and the 26-year-old was fined an additional €250 for the narcotics.

The four men paid the fine issued by the court and were released.
