Alphamega hypermarkets and EKO (Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus) have launched a mobile app for a new customer reward programme, named ‘Stick & Win’.
The new app was launched this week, the two companies announcing a common customer reward programme offering free products through the app. The new free-of-charge programme enables the customer to acquire these products through the integrated ‘Stick & Win’ application.
The collaboration was based on the shared values of quality and innovation, which are embraced by both EKO and Alphamega. As successful companies in their respective fields, they constantly upgrade services and strive to offer consumers prompt, quality service.
Speaking about the app, Alphamega Director and Marketing Manager George Theodotou said: “Through this innovative tool we created in collaboration with EKO, we want to make technology an ally of the customer. Our goal is to have a quick, easy and enjoyable service experience both at our supermarkets and at EKO petrol stations.”
Users of the new smart mobile app ‘Stick & Win’ can obtain porcelain plates of the internationally renowned German company Kahla completely free, with a simple click on their phone.
“Within the framework of implementing the company’s vision of staying at the top of the Cypriot market, marketing and recognising it as the organisation that innovates and leads technologically, in collaboration with the Alphamega hypermarket chain, a smart application was created aiming at an immediate, fast and a pleasant reward for customers,” said Mr Grigoras, Managing Director of Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus.
“Our goal is through this collaboration to actively participate in the digital transformation that returns value to the client and society,” he added.
Kahla manufactures high quality white porcelain products which can be used in the dishwasher and microwave oven. It has received over 90 design and innovation awards , and has a presence in more than 60 countries.
As regards the new application, TCC’s Business Development Manager Elias Hadjiconstanti stressed: “We believe the purpose of marketing is to create loyal customers. Loyalty is very important, so it must be earned and rewarded. The future of retail is based on strategic partnerships between companies, aiming at integrated product and service offers.”
By downloading the application and scanning the QR Code, consumers get five free digital coupons. With every €10 on an Alphamega hypermarket or EKO petrol station receipt, they get one digital coupon. In addition, they can transfer coupons to a third person simply by typing their phone number and the number of coupons they want to donate.
The digital coupons will be available from November 19 until April 7, 2019, while vouchers will can be redeemed until April 14, 2019 or until stocks last.
