Alphamega Hypermarkets have launched a new campaign within the framework of their corporate social responsibility programme in collaboration with Colgate and Christodoulides Bros to help the Karaiskakio Foundation of which they are long-standing supporters. The aim of this initiative is to help the foundation fight children’s cancer.
Joining forces, the two companies are urging customers to embrace the campaign and help children in need. From now until the end of 2019, part of the proceeds from purchasing Soupline, Ajax, Colgate, Palmolive and Sanex products from Alphamega Hypermarkets will be given to the Karaiskakio Foundation.
At the same time, with each purchase of one of the products included in the campaign, the buyer enters a draw via the social family card with the chance to win one of 60 Alphamega gift vouchers worth €25.
“The work of the Karaiskakio Foundation is an unwavering source of social support in Cyprus. For the sole purpose of offering our children as many smiles as possible, we will continue to be at the side of the Karaiskakio Foundation and to support its commendable achievements,” Elina Theodotou, responsible for corporate social responsibility at Alphamega, said.
On behalf of Colgate, Alexandros Kypraios, a member of the Colgate Palmolive marketing team responsible for the Cyprus market, referred to the moral satisfaction of helping fellow citizens as the biggest incentive for the company’s social actions. He also wished health to every child and a better future for all of us!
President of the Karaiskakio Foundation Popi Nikolaides Kanaris thanked the two companies for their initiative, stressing the importance of contributing to the foundation’s research and diagnostic work.
