Two men were remanded in custody for eight days on Saturday in connection with the seizure of around 100 kilos of cannabis in Limassol earlier this month.
The suspects, 25 and 27, were arrested on Friday after police secured evidence linking them with the case.
Four other suspects, a Bosnian national, 39, and three Greek Cypriots, 42, 48, and 49, have already been detained.
Police seized the drugs haul in Ypsonas on March 18.
Drug squad officers arrested two of the suspects, 42 and 48, while they were unloading a container with the drugs inside. The container had arrived at Limassol port and was transported to a field in Ypsonas belonging to the 49-year-old.
Two Nigerian nationals who were also arrested on the day were later released after it transpired that they had just been hired to unload the container.
Police believe the Bosnian man is the mastermind while the 48-year-old Greek Cypriot owns the company that imported the container.
