The future of the Cypriot and global economy to be discussed at the 15th CFA Forecasting Event

Distinguished speakers present their forecasts

CFA Society Cyprus is organising the 15th CFA Forecasting Event at Hilton Park, Nicosia, on 11 April 2019, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Mr Nicos Anastasiades, who will give an address, and three other distinguished speakers from abroad.

The CFA Forecasting Event is an annual event that brings Cyprus’ financial community together, in a discussion on the latest investment forecasts of the global and local economy. For the first time this year, the President of the Republic, Mr Nicos Anastasiades will attend the event, giving an address on the prospects of the Cypriot economy.

Furthermore, Mr Rainer Pratl, CFA Institute’s Director of Society Relations for EMEA, will present the Institute’s Initiatives for 2019, Mrs Tina Adatia, from CFA and Executive Vice President and Product Strategist at PIMCO, will give an address under the title “Flatlining at the New Neutral”, while guest speaker, Mr Daniel Loesche of CFA and Investment Strategist at Schroders, will give a speech entitled: “Global outlook:  After a year to forget, will we see one to remember?”

 

The speeches at the CFA Forecasting Event will start at 7:30pm, while a dinner will follow from 8:45pm – 11pm.  For more information and ticket reservations, interested parties can send an email at [email protected] by 9 April, using the reference «CFA30».
