Expanded Mall of Cyprus inaugurated

President Nicos Anastasiades on Friday morning inaugurated the expansion of the Mall of Cyprus in Latsia.

Also present at the event were party leaders, Finance Minister Harris Georgiades and head of the Shacolas group, which built the mall, Nicos Shacolas.

The mall has added an extra 6,000 m², additional parking spaces across a total of four levels and 15 new shops. Six new brands were added to the food court.

A mezzanine and a first floor have been added to the existing basement and ground floor, allowing for 300 new parking spots. The majority of the parking spaces will now be covered.

Also new are the external verandas.

According to a statement by the mall, the second phase of the project which will be completed by July will mean more shops and existing shops transferred in new venues.
