Rotary club donation offers exercise equipment for the disabled

The Limassol Rotary club has donated five pieces of exercise equipment for disabled people to the Limassol municipality, the Cyprus News Agency reported on Wednesday.

The equipment for wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties has been placed on Limassol’s linear seaside park.

Limassol mayor Nicos Nicolaides thanked the club and said it sends the message that the right to participate is a fundamental right for everybody.

Ioannis Michalakis, head of the Limassol-Kourion Rotary club said the donation was part of the decision to do something for charity every year.
