Coronavirus: Doctor at Paphos hospital returns home after testing negative

Paphos hospital

The director of the pulmonology clinic at Paphos General Hospital, who had previously tested positive for coronavirus, has been discharged and has now returned home.

In a social media message, the doctor thanked his colleagues for their outstanding work and vowed to return to the front line of the battle alongside them once fully recovered.

“I’ve had 11 tough days,” he said while leaving the hospital. “Now I am just waiting to get a little stronger so that I can return to where I belong and always will, at the Paphos hospital.”
