The department of labour relations on Thursday issued an employee movement certificate, a form employees must complete if they are outside for work during curfew hours.
Curfew, from 11pm until 5am, came in effect in all districts in the morning as one of several measures to contain the coronavirus outbreak..
On the form, the employees have to state who their employer is, and in which district they need to travel. They have to specify the hours when they will move outdoors and fill in their ID or passport number which they will use to identify themselves.
The form has to be signed by the employer named on the form.
The same form needs to be completed by self-employed persons.
