The Leptos Group of Companies announces an important development for the island’s real estate and construction sector, which, during these difficult times, is a strong stimulus for the Cypriot economy.

Limassol Blu Marine is a mixed-use development of international standards, located on the island’s west coast at the heart of Limassol, in an area that has experienced rapid growth in recent years with the development of large-scale investments. A thriving business hub, currently undergoing major urban regeneration planned by the Municipality of Limassol, Limassol Blu Marine is positioned in front of Aktaia Odos, an area that includes the Limassol Marina, My Mall, the Dubai World Cruise Terminal, an international championship golf course and the construction of the largest integrated casino resort in Europe.

The Leptos Group has appointed Lakis Georgiou Construction Ltd. to undertake the first phase of the construction of Limassol Blu Marine, a truly groundbreaking beachfront development. A construction field pioneer for over 30 years, Lakis Georgiou Construction Ltd. guarantees quality thanks to extensive experience in a range of projects of all types, sizes and complexities. Part of Limassol Blu Marine’s foundation works have now been completed, with the first phase of the development scheduled for delivery within 2022.

Limassol Blu Marine represents a unique destination, catering to every need. The development consists of purpose-built offices, luxury residences, world-class facilities and second-to-none services, as well as uninterrupted sea views. The project’s elevated entrance overlooking the Mediterranean will host an impressive 50m outdoor infinity pool, impressively-landscaped terraces and gardens, a 200-sq.m gym, a children’s playground, a bistro, a luxury lobby and a 24-hour concierge service. Residents of Limassol Blu Marine will have access to over 1,000 sq.m. of luxury relaxation and wellness facilities, designed exclusively to offer treatments, saunas, steam baths and an indoor heated pool.

The development will contribute significantly to the Cypriot economy by creating new jobs in both the construction and services fields, having already attracted interest from foreign investors and a large number of buyers of high-end, luxury apartments. The Limassol Blu Marine’s goal is to establish the area as ‘Europe’s New Riviera’ – a prime location to draw new and innovative Cypriot and foreign companies, operating in fields such as technology and finance.

The Leptos Group has led Cyprus’ real estate and construction sectors for more than 60 years. Maintaining a broad international presence, the Group enjoys an extensive network of business associates in over 75 countries, creating projects of exceptional aesthetics and construction, offering unparalleled standards of quality of life and work.
