15-minute full-body mobility routine for flexibility

While sleeping, if you lie in the same position all night, your muscles tend to tighten up. So, stretching after you wake up immediately increases blood flow to those stiff areas, and feels good in all parts of the body.

However, the benefits of morning mobility stretches go far beyond the feel-good. They encourage better posture, relieve underlying stress, undo latent tensions in your back and help counteract the joint aches that come from our modern, sedentary lifestyle.

Always exercise responsibly and safely. Ideally under the guidance of a trained fitness and/or medical professional, who can match the exercise or sports regimen to your present level of fitness.
