MSPS Cyprus has won four awards at the Event Awards 2020, which took place in November. Due to the coronavirus measures, the award ceremony was restricted to the winners being photographed and asked for their thoughts on their wins.
MSPS Managing Director Mary Chamatsou received the awards on behalf of the company.
“I am very happy to have our work being acknowledged tonight with the four awards given to us. We thank our dear clients for giving us the opportunity to showcase what we can do. We thank Cyta which has been enabling us to live some unforgettable experiences, as well as Lidl Cyprus which has been partnering with us for the past ten years in creative and special events,” Chamatsou said.
“Times are difficult and our sector has been hurt by the pandemic. However, all of us at MSPS always aim to discover new ideas so that we pique the interest of the consumer along with the brands which represent them,” she added.
MSPS Cyprus’ wins included the golden prize for the 5G event ‘A glimpse at the future – Experience VR’, conducted with the help of Cytamobile Vodafone. This initiative showcased VR technology through the utilisation of 5G. This award was under the Experiential Marketing Event category.
MSPS Cyprus won the silver prize for its Lidl Food Academy project, which was under the Venue Experience and Pop-Up category.
Bronze awards won by MSPS were related to Lidl Cyprus’ corporate social responsibility programme, including its food academy for children and Grassroots projects, the latter being under the Cyprus Football Association’s umbrella, with the CFA also being sponsored by Lidl.
MSPS specialises in public relations events and initiatives as well as experiential marketing, aiming to put the brands it works with at the epicentre of attention and the creation of unforgettable experiences.
