Stark anticipation: Agios Tychon Beach waits for life to return

In this video by travel group Idyllic Cyprus, we discover Agios Tychon Beach, one of Limassol’s widest and most popular seafronts, typically drawing swarms of tourists and locals in the summer and autumn months.

At the time the video was recorded, in early winter of 2021, the popular beach appears bare, though no-less beautiful for its starkness. That said, the sincere hope of its enthusiasts is for life and leisure to return to its shores once again, as spring yields to summer – hopefully beyond the shadow of Covid-19…
