The offices of the land registry in Limassol will remain closed on Wednesday and possibly on Thursday.

The closure of the district office was deemed necessary after coronavirus cases were detected and the need to disinfect the premises arose.

This may result in a delay in handling cases regarding transfers, sales, mortgages and handling documents, an announcement said.

The Limassol district office has rescheduled appointments and those affected will be informed.

“The public is urged to limit requests for the above categories of cases to the most urgent in order to avoid unnecessary delays,” the announcement continued.

Other services of the land registry will continue to operate via emails and the DLS Portal.
