Limassol Greens: pre-sales start on eagerly awaited project

Limassol Greens is arguably the most exciting and eagerly awaited development project in Cyprus. It will be a new landmark destination, a place of leisure, as well as a residential hub.

The resort will be next to Lady’s Mile beach while also providing easy access to the highway and private schools. Limassol Greens will also be close to the biggest casino resort in the Mediterranean, while the Limassol Marina is only ten minutes away by car.

During this period, Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd has made a number of residential plots of that are part of the project available for purchase for a limited time. Priority will be given to potential buyers who are interested in purchasing plots for the development of their own home, must be harmonised with the aesthetics of the projects or Limassol Greens collection of residential designs. These plots are located on the northeastern part of the resort.
