Coronavirus: 134 individuals, 4 businesses booked

As the result of 11,087 checks police booked 134 individuals and four establishments for breaching coronavirus protocols in the last 24 hours.

On Monday, a bar in Limassol was fined because the premises were not marked, two Larnaca cafes were booked for serving customers indoors and a betting agency in the Famagusta district had more people inside than is permitted.

In Nicosia, 2,189 checks were carried out, in Limassol 3,319, in Larnaca 1,466, in Paphos 1.315, in Famagusta 1.224 and in Morphou 772.

Traffic police conducted 711 inspections and marine police 91.
