Man robs Limassol kiosk at knifepoint

Police are looking for a man who robbed a kiosk in Limassol at knifepoint in the early morning hours on Thursday.

The man reportedly stormed into the kiosk in the centre of Limassol, near the Ayios Nicolaos roundabout, at 5.15 am.

Wielding a knife, he demanded money from the only employee, speaking in English.

He then grabbed the money and left on foot.

The movements of the robber were recorded by a surveillance camera.

He is described as 1.65 to 1.75 metres tall and was wearing black clothes, black gloves, a black mask and dark glasses.
