How to avoid our pet cats from climbing on furniture

Every pet deserves a loving and respectful home: please only consider acquiring a pet if you will be able to take care of its long-term needs. Also, consider choosing your animal companion from a shelter, where there are so many wonderful furry friends who need a forever home.

Our beloved cats are not always known for their tender care of our furniture, and while we can learn to live with their natural ways to some extent, it’s worth considering approaches to prevent their climbing on sofas, chairs and beds, avoiding the damage this behaviour often entails.
