Muhammara: Aleppo’s Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Dip

In this video, we learn how to make the popular Syrian dip: Muhammara – a flavour-packed roasted red pepper dip featuring walnuts, Aleppo pepper and pomegranate molasses.

Originating in Aleppo, Muhammara is, as you might imagine, popular all over the Levant, and typically eaten as a dip with bread, consumed as a spread on toast, or enjoyed as a sauce for kebabs, grilled meats and fish.
