Eight nutritious drinks to reset after a feast or blowout

After Sunday’s Easter blow-out, when many of us broke the Lenten fast with a traditional feast packed with grains, dairy and souvla, we may be in mind to go easier on our stomachs for a bit. Or we’re looking for ways of ‘drinking’ our fruits and veggies.

The anti-inflammatory drinks presented in this video come packed with antioxidants and nutrients, in an array of vibrant colours and flavours. They range from teas (e.g. turmeric and elderberry), to smoothies (blueberry, turmeric, carrot-beet), to juices (green), to tonics (jamu and ginger).
