Effective ways to support kids with anxiety

Knowing that anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness among children and young people, what can we do to better support kids with the condition? Should children be taught about anxiety?

The Centre for Emotional Health, based in Sydney, Australia, which Professor Hudson refers to, offers a ‘Cool Little Kids Online’ anxiety programme, open to international attendees. Learn more about it here.
