The new revised Master Plan for the unified development of the Port and Marina of Larnaca was presented on Wednesday, in a project that will create more than 4,000 jobs.

The presentation was made by the CEO of Kition Panos Alexandrou and the Greek and Spanish Designers of the Project.

A highly functional port along with a modern marina which will accommodate more than 800 boats of all sizes will be created.

The project of the unified development of the Port and Marina will be carried out in four phases. The first phase will last about five years and will include the construction of public space infrastructure and arms in the area of ​​Marina.

During the second phase, apartments, retail stores, entertainment venues and parking lots, will be constructed in the Marina area.

In the third phase, a state-of-the-art futuristic building will be constructed with a 360-degree panoramic view where there will be apartments, a restaurant and parking spaces. A hotel, conference centre and car park will be built on the north side.

During the fourth and final phase, additional private villas with garden, swimming pools, garage and anchorage will be added. Residential and commercial buildings will also be constructed while new warehouses will be added in the Port area.

Electronics firm SignalGeneriX, at the 13th IN Business Awards, was awarded the “Small and Medium Enterprise” award, sponsored by GAP VASSILOPOULOS.

SignalGeneriX Development Director Marios Milis noted the success of the company, which was founded in 2005 with the aim of developing innovative electronic solutions for the international market.

2021 was a milestone year for the Limassol-based company, as it completed 15 years of continuous growth and innovation, according to Milis. SignalGeneriX differs from the competition in that it relies on its own innovative technologies, patents and the quality of its services and products, which are the basis of its competitiveness in the international market.
