Talking about design

design forum

A day dedicated to all things design is coming up as The Design Forum Cyprus organises an open interactive day and free interactive forum for the development, promotion, recording and preservation of Contemporary Art Creation that takes place every two years. Graphic designers, students and visual creatives, this one’s for you!

Taking place on November 20 at Alexander College in Larnaca, the forum is an initiative of Graphic Stories and hosts important visual artists, creators and designers, while the panel is completed by young creators. Twenty two seasoned designers and young creatives will have the opportunity through 10-minute presentations to talk about design, to express their thoughts and opinions and present their creative work to the general public.

Design Forum – 10′ Design Talk first took place in 2019 in Cyprus and later in Greece, hosting a total of 41 speakers. In addition to the 3rd Design Forum – 10 ́ Design Talk, the public will also have the opportunity to see part of the 5th International Exhibition of Graphic Stories Poster Contest, with the theme Break Down the Walls, which will be hosted at the same venue between November 17 and 21.

The event on November 20 starts at 9.30am and will be held live with a limited number of people yet wanting to make the talks available to all those who are interested in design, it will also be broadcast online with live streaming.
