Nicosia with my husband

What did you have for breakfast?
Chocolate doughnuts (obviously vegan and gluten free which I made myself!)

Describe your perfect day
Being in the kitchen trying to come up with new recipes and flavours. Also going for a walk in countryside and discovering new destinations.

Best book ever read?
I don’t remember the last time I read a book. I usually cook all the time!

Best childhood memory?
Spending time with my family and playing with my siblings.

What is always in your fridge?
Sweets, which are my weakness.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I prefer Greek songs

What’s your spirit animal?
I don’t know about spirit animals, but I really like monkeys

What are you most proud of?
The fact that despite the difficulties of celiac disease personally, I have been able to cope with them but also this has pushed me to create the Gluten & Dairy Free Mary page to inform, support and inspire as many people as I can.

What movie scene has really stayed with you? And why
The Pursuit of Happyness. The scene I will never forget is when the father, who is raising his child alone and under great financial strain, tries to teach his child to never give up. It is a movie with great meaning that will be etched in the mind of those who watch it. No matter how many difficulties appear in your life, you can achieve what you want and get what you deserve if you have enough patience, perseverance and faith.

 If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Without a second thought- my favourite singer Dimitris Mitropanos!! I always wanted to met him in person.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
Back to when I was a child again, to play carefree and sleep more hours 😂😬

What is your greatest fear?
Losing people I love

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
To live every moment and ne in a good mood. You will always be stronger than you think. Everything will be okay in the end.

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
His behaviour and if he is not punctual

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
I will be close to the people I love.
