Improvements at Limassol’s Olympion beach

Olympion beach in Limassol is in for an upgrade so as to ensure a clean and tidy environment for its many visitors, Limassol municipality said on Thursday.

Work, at a cost of €48,000, includes wood, building and metal repairs. They will start within the first fortnight of Mat and be completed in mid-June.

In addition, an interior ministry contract to replace the three lifeguard towers is under way and will be completed before the end of June.
