Karma Developers have proudly completed and delivered one of their most inspirational projects along the island’s east coast: the EDEN Residences.

On the evening of July 8, Karma Team and their guests, in the presence of Transport Minister Yiannis Karousos, gathered for the official handover upon completion of EDEN Residences. The event took place in a very celebratory mood, accompanied by music and fireworks, in appreciation of the outstanding building, rising triumphantly.

The seventh-storey structure, the area’s highest residential development, has now opened its doors to the world and stands ready to welcome its residents.

Resembling a modern-day paradise, EDEN Residences is a luxurious signature development, located in the heart of the stunning Protaras region. Having won the 2020-21 European Property Award, EDEN Residences offers full amenities and services. With its distinctive glass fronts and elegant form, it is certain to attract both worldwide and local investors.

Built with nothing but the highest-quality materials, its total of 17 two- and three-bedroom apartments offer magnificent unobstructed sea views for all the units. Meanwhile, being within walking distance from Protaras’ sandy beaches and shopping centre, EDEN Residences guarantee an upgraded lifestyle to all residents who will call it home.

“This is the beginning of something refreshing,” said Karma Developers CEO Nicolas Karoullas. “We had a vision and we gave life to it. Every beginning is difficult, but, when you really want to succeed, the only option is to keep going.

“EDEN Residences is the proof of those words,” he continued. “Before taking action, we had to make a great research about the latest designs, technologies and needed amenities and construction work that were about to be executed.

“Everything in this project was thoroughly planned – as with every other KARMA project,” he added. “Eden Residences is Karma’s and the Famagusta region’s new landmark development; we could only be proud of the final result.”

Praising the project in turn, Minister Karousos noted: “we are really happy to see initiatives from companies like Karma.

“This development is a statement for Protaras and the east coast; we will be happy to see more projects like EDEN Residences in our area.”

For over 37 years, Karma Developers have built lasting, loyal relationships with their clients, in order to improve the real-estate market of Cyprus.

And in carefully observing the needs of the times, as well as the demands of its clients, the Karma Developers family has kept one step ahead.

Today, with over 4,500 superior properties, Karma remain committed to their vision and value, delivering high quality properties, with transfer of the final title deed to clients.
