Today’s weather: Partly clear, showers after noon

On Thursday initially the weather will be mostly clear, with some increased clouds on the north and west coasts. Isolated showers and brief thunderstorms are expected as the day progresses, mainly in mountainous areas and inland. Winds will be variable and light, up to 3 Beaufort, gradually turning south-westerly to north-west, moderate, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be somewhat rough. Temperatures will rise to 28 C in the interior, 27 C on the southeast and east coasts, 25 C on the remaining coasts, and 19 C in the higher mountains.

In the evening the weather will be clear, with temporarily increased cloud cover on the coasts. In the early hours and towards dawn, thin fog or low clouds may form in some areas. Winds will be north-westerly to north-easterly, south-easterly on the north coast, moderate, up to 4 Beaufort, gradually weakening. The sea will be somewhat rough. Temperatures will drop to 16 C in the interior, 17 C on the coast and 9 C in the higher mountains.

On Friday, the weather will start off mostly clear with increased clouds likely to bring rains in the afternoon, and possibly an isolated short storm in the mountains. 

On Saturday, increased clouds in the afternoon are expected to bring showers, and a possible brief thunderstorm, mainly in the mountains. Isolated showers and a possible thunderstorm are also expected on Sunday afternoon.

Temperatures will gradually rise through Sunday, remaining close to the average ​​for the season.
