Admission/Discharge/Billing:
Admissions:Upon arrival please proceed to patient admissions office department or the information office to provide personal details, as well as insurance coverage details.
In all cases, including emergencies, personal ID/passport  as well as the insurance card are required within 24 hours
Discharge: Once the doctor has decided that discharge is possible, and has discussed follow-up treatments with the patient, it is necessary to visit the admissions office, who will already have all the documents transferred from the doctor, and the patient will only have to pay
Billing: Admissions department is responsible for insurance and for all payments. Preauthorisation with the insurance company is conducted beforehand, except in the case of emergency where authorisation is acquired in the meantime
