Admission/Discharge/Billing: 
Admissions: Patients must present an ID or passport and complete the hospital’s special admission form with all personal details and method of payment. Patients under medical insurance must inform the hospital at least 5 days prior to admission to secure preauthorisation. Patients who will pay with their own funds must pay an advance deposit and settle the balance on their discharge day
Discharge: On the discharge day and provided that the treating doctor has completed the relative form and authorised the discharge, the patients must visit the accounts department for the settlement of their account
Billing Process: Patients with medical insurance authorisation will not pay anything, unless there is an excess amount which must be paid before discharge Patients that will pay with their own funds, must settle any outstanding balance before discharge
