Admission/Discharge/Billing:
Admission: Upon admission please present your identification card or passport. Your treating doctor and/or insurance company may find it necessary to obtain your past medical history. Please be prepared to give your general practitioner’s/family doctor’s contact details. If you are scheduled for a surgical procedure, please follow your surgeon’s instructions regarding pre-operational tests and preparation.
In the cases where the admission is scheduled your insurance company’s pre-authorisation procedure should be followed.
Billing:Where applicable, the hospital’s administration department handles all the paperwork and necessary procedures for direct settlement with the insurance companies.
The hospital has excellent co-operation with all major local and international insurance companies.  In the absence of insurance, all bills are payable upon discharge.
A deposit may be required for certain procedures/treatment
