Booking Appointment: Referral letters must be provided if possible but not obligatory. Patients coming from abroad should ideally bring referral letters from their GP. If not, necessary information will be elicited during the booking appointment
Discharge: Discharge note, diagnosis and follow-up treatment will be provided if it concerns in patient treatment
Billing: No prepayment is necessary, but is settled by the patient before discharge home. Doctor fills in  insurance forms, gives patient invoice and receipt once paid by patient
