Admissions: Seeing as there are various doctors for various specialties, the protocols and requirements of admission follow the instructions of the doctor. Personal items and medication are a must. Foreigners require a form of identification, whereas both locals and foreigners are required to have their insurance policy or card
Discharge: Settlement of the bill is necessary. The patient must take all their personal belongings. The patient may leave only when the discharge report is given, seeing as it is required for discharge by the Ministry of Health. Any other outstanding issues, such as follow-up treatment and impending guarantee from insurance must also be handled
Billing: No prepayment. The claims department deals with the preauthorisation of treatments and surgeries on behalf of the client whenever possible.
