Cypriot food manufacturer Mitsides Public Company Ltd has announced that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

“The board will examine, among others, the progress of the group’s operations,” the company said.

The meeting will also cover discussions related to dividends, interest, new financial instruments, and potential share capital conversions.
