The Bank of Cyprus (BoC) has announced its financial calendar for 2026, with the first scheduled event being the release of its preliminary full-year 2025 financial results.

The results, which will be accompanied by an analysts briefing, will be released on February 18, 2026.

An investor update covering 2026 is set to take place on March 3, 2026.

The Bank of Cyprus will publish its final full-year 2025 financial results and its annual financial report for 2025 on March 30, 2026.

Moreover, the bank will announce its first-quarter 2026 financial results, followed by an analysts briefing, on May 11, 2026.

The annual general meeting of shareholders is scheduled for May 15, 2026.

Furthermore, the Bank of Cyprus will release its first-half 2026 financial results and hold an analysts briefing on August 3, 2026.

The final scheduled results announcement for the year will cover the nine-month period of 2026, with financial results and an analysts briefing planned for November 9, 2026.

The Bank of Cyprus said the announcements of financial results will be published before the opening of trading sessions on both the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) and the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

The analysts briefings will take place later on the same day as each respective results announcement.

The Bank of Cyprus said it will issue additional details at a later date regarding the proposal for dividend distributions to shareholders.

The bank added that further information will include the ex-date, record date, and dividend payment date.

Finally, the Bank of Cyprus said that it reserves the right to change the announced dates, subject to timely notification to the public.
