Eurobank S.A. has announced that it repurchased a total of 1,788,139 issued shares between February 09, 2026 and February 13, 2026 as part of its ongoing strategic buyback efforts.
The bank carried out these transactions on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) at an average purchase price of €4.1255 per share.
The financial institution incurred a total cost of €7,376,900.17 during this five-day trading window to acquire its own shares.
This activity followed an announcement made on December 12, 2025 regarding the commencement of the share buyback programme.
The current initiative was approved pursuant to the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders held on October 22, 2025.
These actions were taken in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 as a continuation of a previous programme established by Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.
That earlier framework had been approved by the resolution of the ordinary general meetings of shareholders held on April 30, 2025.
The bank proceeded with the latest trades following the resolution of the board of directors dated October 22, 2025.
All particular purchases were made through Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A. acting as a member of the exchange.
On February 09, 2026, the bank acquired 355,621 shares with a value of €1,475,445.36 at an average price of €4.1489.
The following day, February 10, 2026, saw the purchase of 355,365 shares for €1,475,275.94 at an average price of €4.1514.
Activity on February 11, 2026 involved the acquisition of 361,637 shares valued at €1,475,423.60 with the price averaging €4.0798.
On February 12, 2026, the bank bought 352,901 shares at an average price of €4.1807, representing a total value of €1,475,363.94.
The final transactions of the period occurred on February 13, 2026, when 362,615 shares were repurchased for €1,475,391.33 at an average price of €4.0688.
Throughout the week, the highest price paid for a share reached €4.2580 while the lowest price recorded was €3.9840.
Following the conclusion of these specific purchases, the bank now holds a total of 14,229,216 own shares.
