The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd announced on Wednesday that its board of directors will convene on April 29, 2026 to review the audited financial statements and evaluate the potential for a dividend payment.
According to an announcement released on Wednesday, the scheduled meeting will address several key items related to the firm’s fiscal performance.
One of the central objectives of the gathering is the formal approval of the annual report for the financial year that concluded on December 31, 2025.
Directors will also move to engage in the consideration of the payment of a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders of the company.
The agenda includes the determination of the date and the specific venue for the next annual general meeting.
In addition to the standard financial reviews, the board will discuss the renewal of the company’s purchase of its own shares programme.
