The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) Council on Friday released its official report detailing the market shares of its members for June 2026, as well as the cumulative figures for the first half of the year.

This comprehensive data release provides transparency regarding trading activity, categorising performance both with and without the inclusion of pre-agreed transactions.

The figures for the period spanning January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, highlight the relative standing of various investment firms operating within the market.

For the first half of the year, CISCO Ltd secured the leading position, achieving a market share of 28.71 per cent when including pre-agreed transactions, and 33.41 per cent when these are excluded.

Mega Equity Fin. Serv. Ltd followed in the rankings, recording 21.11 per cent market share with packages and 24.19 per cent without.

Argus Stockbrokers Ltd took the third spot when including pre-agreed transactions, with a share of 14.68 per cent, though its standing adjusted to 6.75 per cent when excluding those specific trades.

The report also provided a snapshot of the month of June 2026 specifically, covering the period from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

During this single-month window, CISCO Ltd maintained its primary position, holding 28.85 per cent of the market share with packages and 34.10 per cent without.

Prochoice Chrimatistiriaki Ltd emerged as a significant participant in June, capturing 18.69 per cent of the market share including pre-agreed transactions.

Eurobank EFG Equities Investment Firm SA also showed strong activity for the month, recording a 16.19 per cent share including packages and 13.26 per cent excluding them.

The council clarified that all percentage calculations presented in these reports strictly exclude the value of bonds.

For the cumulative period from January to June, the total value of share transactions reached €134.17 million, with the average daily value of transactions standing at significant levels for the participating firms.
