Two suspects were arrested at Larnaca airport on Friday in connection with the attempted murder of a 43-year-old man in Nicosia earlier this week.  

According to the police, the suspects, aged 30 and 41, were arrested on court warrants as soon as they landed in Cyprus.

The case relates to an incident on July 29, when shots were fired at the victim’s car as he was driving through Nicosia.

Investigations into the case are ongoing.
