Man is in custody for illegal possession of property

Paphos police arrested a 24-year-old man on Thursday for an investigated case of theft.

According to the police, following a tip off, officers were led to search a residence in the city, where they found two televisions, three bicycles, a laptop and electrical tools.

The 24-year-old suspect living in the premises was unable to provide satisfactory explanation for the items.

Subsequently, he was arrested for the evident offense of possessing stolen property and was taken into custody.  The case in under ongoing investigation.
