Hellenic Bank has announced the launch of new and upgraded service points designed to bring innovation to banking transactions.

The new branches, equipped exclusively with advanced ATMs, will be located in strategic areas across Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos.

Specifically, the new ATMs can be found at the below locations:

  • Nicosia: City Centre, 56 Archbishop Makarios III Avenue
  • Limassol: Agia Fylaxis, 296 Agia Fylaxis Street; Gladstonos, 97 Gladstonos Street
  • Larnaca: Zenon Kitionios, 2 Zenon Kitionios Street
  • Paphos: Geroskipou, 37 Archbishop Makarios III Avenue

According to the bank, this initiative aims to enhance customer service by offering around-the-clock access to banking services with added flexibility and security.

These branches will allow customers to conduct transactions more quickly and easily, thanks to the state-of-the-art ATMs that provide a range of services.

Customers can enjoy free real-time cash withdrawals and deposits, cheque deposits, balance inquiries, and transaction history checks using their cards.

They will also be able to transfer funds between linked accounts, change their PINs, and activate SMS notifications to monitor account activity.

For larger cash and coin deposits, both personal and business customers can use the Cash 360 machines, provided they register for the service and receive the necessary access codes.

Hellenic Bank stated that it is committed to a “phygital” model, which merges traditional banking with digital solutions.

This approach requires ongoing investment in new infrastructure to ensure modern and comprehensive customer service.

Customers can also access other banking services through the bank’s digital channels or schedule appointments via the “Book A Meeting” feature on the Hellenic Bank website or by calling 80009999.
