reflectfest

More than 70 local and international movers and shakers of the tech world will share their stories as part of a packed events programme for ‘Doers United’ 2021 Reflect Festival, which is currently underway in Limassol.

According to the festival’s organisers, the opening ceremony, which took place at Limassol’s Old Port earlier, was attended by Cyprus’ Deputy Minister for Research, Innovation and Digital Policy Kyriakos Kokkinos who welcomed everyone to the festival. Chief Scientist Nikolas Mastroyiannopoulos was also in attendance.

A panel discussion, steered by Kokkinos, his Greek counterpart, Christos Dimas and Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in Cyprus, Mr Ján Škoda, will kickstart the first of many discussions this morning that will highlight tech advancements, and bring forward the best of innovation at the festival.

The three-day event (14-16 October), held at various locations in the Old Town, will spread awareness about the future, literacy, constructive problem-solving, and topics that shape the future of humanity.

Exhibitors at Reflect are preparing activities for the audience, and startups will be showcasing their innovative solutions.
